This Get's All My . . 2

The graphics were very, inexcusably, WEAK, I'm sorry to say. Although the name 'Pixel Defence' implies that the game is, after all, made with 'pixels', the interface was too rough and really took away from the overall experience.

The maps are too small or too easy. I often got the feeling you found the majority of NG users stupid.

The music fit in perfectly with the game: it's loud and distracting.

The tower variety seemed to be the only good thing about this game, truthfully.

The main reason why I'm so disappointed is because I had a good feeling that this game could've been something. After all, a tower defense game is simple yet fun. But here it was dumbed-down so much that all the fun had been saturated out of the concept of 'tower defense'. It lacked strategy, presentation, and overall gameplay satisfaction. You get all my two here.

Amusing

It loads quickly, that's for sure. And this is sadly, the truth. Artists like myself deal with inconsiderate request-ers all the time, I'm sorry to say. I love the way you portrayed it though. Now that I think of it, art threads are like a beat 'em up game xD

Enjoyable

Great customization options. My only complaint is the quality of the graphics. But other than that, you did a great job putting this together. Hopefully you'll release another version with revamped graphics?

The Epitome of Addicting

Although the controls and visuals are downright basic and quite primitive, the draw of the game, I'd say, is the fact that you can get big on NG, if only in a game. The 'Stickers' function adds a nice bonus to the gameplay, as players get to pursue new goals. Needless to say, this game is the 'epitome of addicting'. I stayed up from 9 P.M. to 3 A.M., and I still only got up to Moderator. There's also strategy involved, for instance, Intelligence points are key to the mastery of this game, because without it, you can't get high amounts of blams/protections and reviews.

Unfortunately, when the game has been completed, as in all the stickers and rankings have been obtained, there really isn't anything to do. I know a game must come to some sort of end, but after everything has been accomplished, the game gets the be a bore. I must, however, that the Debug mode is a nice feature for future use.

You're great with capturing the essence, the core, of a basic simulation game, Afro-Samurai, and I look forward to more from you.

A New Twist to Chess

As the name implies, this seemingly simple game of chess is indeed, crazy. As more and more pawns accumulate on the chess board, the game turns into something of a race. With power-ups and somewhat of a challenge, this game does chess well. Another great thing about this game is that it definitely improved my usage of the knight. I always regarded it as a supporting piece, something that couldn't be of much use except in cornering the king. However, this game has proved that mentality wrong.

Chess At It's Finest

Simple, straight-forward, and easy, as the name suggests! There's not a single flaw with this game; all the essentials to a chess game is here. Perhaps the draw of it is that it's so dumbed-down? Either way, I still enjoyed a game of regular old chess, nothing too fancy or drab.

It's the Thought That Counts?

This game was quite mediocre, truthfully. Like any puzzle, it goes on forever, which might've been good if the game wasn't so easy. There was little strategy involved; one could randomly click and put bubbles anywhere, and one would still win. Nor was there any background music, which is a key part of audience captivation in simple puzzle games like this. This would be entertaining however, if I was up for mindless clicking.

Great Game!

Every aspect about this game is near perfect; the visual art style, the simple, down-to-earth game mechanics and controls, the background music that tends to grow on you, the strategic challenges, and the fact that you can obtain medals and gain bragging rights. This game is definitely worthy all of the praise and rewards it's recieved.

And to the non-likers who believe this game isn't 100% great, or think this is crap, you obviously haven't play real games to come to that decision. This is a classic beat 'em up that is meant to be simple; the purpose of the game, after all, is to "beat them up". So stop complaining that this game is imperfect; it was meant to be like it is. If you can't deal with it, go play Pokemon, you'll find your beloved strategy and gameplay there.
